Living in the competitive world of the twenty first century, we have equipped ourselves in many areas including technological human and technological development. However, developing a software to understand a human mind and behavior and the relationships between human beings has been beyond the capacity of both human and technological development. There is always turmoil with one’s expectations and reality. Though each and every individual possess certain inevitable and unique skills, the expectations they have and others have on them sets a screen between self and skills. These skills are governed by emotions. Emotions in turn translate into different behavioral patterns. Expression of positive emotions leads to a better understanding in human relationships. Expression of negative emotions leads to misunderstanding which in turn breaks a relationship.  Considering the modern scenario where both the couple are equally or sometimes more qualified and holding higher position than the other, creates a sense of inferiority or superiority among couples. The projection of either of the complex is expressed through verbal harassment which leads to the extend of divorce. Especially women who have been taught to accept and lead their lives in silence in spite of the hardship they face at the family front. Here are some coping strategies for women  to lead their lives with dignity and passion. 1  Understand their strengths and find ways and means of empowering themselves. 2  Accept their negatives so as to work on them to transform it to be their strength. 3 Refrain from comparing their lives with that of others 4 Self appreciation is an important strategy to be followed. 5 Recall our achievement instead of recalling the harassment  6 Understand the inner strength they possess  7 Develop the attitude of this too shall pass 8 Develope positive self talk 9 Watch channels that brings laughter 10 Develop support groups to share their feelings and emotions  11 Seek professional help without delay
